Return Policy

Return Conditions:

Return request is available within 15 days after delivery for any reason.

All returns must be in good condition with the original tags, labels, and packing.

3. Return Conditions:

If items have quality issues, online return submission is available within 15 days after delivery.

Return Methods

Riyadh customers: Door-to-Door pickup service and self-return are available.

Other cities’ customers: Currently only self-return is available.


Return Shipping Cost

If you choose Door-to-Door pickup service, the return shipping cost will be paid by stylershow directly, and if you choose self-return, you are required to pay the return shipping cost first and $7 will be refunded to your account as return shipping cost compensation along with the items’ price. If the return shipping cost is over $7, please contact customer service to refund the difference.

Can my package be gift wrapped?

Any order placed on the website or through Client Servce will be packed as a gift:
– It will be gift-wrapped – in the LV Saffron box and wrapped in a ribbon.
– It will include a shopping bag.
– It will include a gift message and an additional blank paper to add your personal hand-written message if needed.
– It will not have an invoice – only a gift receipt in case an exchange is needed.
– It will include an envelop with: Thank you card, Exchange & Return Instructions, and Product care instructions for Shoes & Ready-To-Wear items.

Which courier will ship my order?

For UAE, our shipping partner is Shipa.
For KSA, our shipping partner is Real Last Mile (RLM)

Can I ship to several addresses?

No. Even if your order might contain more than 1 item, only 1 address can be chosen for delivery per order.

If you wish to ship to different addresses, please place separated orders with different delivery addresses.

Will I be charged customs fees?

No. All customs costs are covered by us. The only price you pay is the one that is displayed on the Checkout Page.
